I just bought the Advance Pet Care Pro, and there are 4 files to download even though the WordPress only recognizes one as the Theme (file: advance-pet-care-pro_1.2.1). The preview page on WordPresss lacks menu to edit all the fields. In other words, it does not deliver the same look as on https://www.themeshopy.com/advance-pet-care-pro/
For instance, the preview page on WordPress does not have the fields to update the header regarding “Your Street Name Here UK” and “Book An Appointment”.
Please provide support so we can get this done.
