Its 2 hours since I bough the theme and still not getting any support. Key not working. Didn’t get any how to docs. Such a waste of time……

Is there any support on this site? I opened a ticket [Ticket #12737] a week ago and got no response neither the payed theme.
Furthermore I see no option to open a new topic in this “support forum”.
I feel ripped off.

I feel totally ripped off.
The license key does not work, I did not receive any email for the purchase, I cannot work on the issue, there is no support response. It’s the worst buy.

I submitted initial payment through stripe which failed – then I submitted payment through paypal. Your website gave me an error message and I didn’t receive any e-mails or confirmations, yet you still charged my paypal account

“Incompatible Archive.” _ this is what i have got and i have raised a service ticket. Please refund as this is o working and not sure where teh ticket it and not sure where to track the ticket number and account link where it asked to create a password

stesso problema, nessuna risposta di assistenza, licenza inattiva, niente mail per acquisto, il tema non si può configurare ottimamente
penso di richiedere i soldi indietro e di fare recensioni molto negativi in molti posti online finche questa azienda capisce cosa vuol dire rispetto
ora mi sento truffato

Hi,

WordPress occasionally displays an incompatible archive error when a theme is being uploaded. All you need to do is extract the zip file, then open the folder obtained and then recompress it and upload the new compressed file.

Please take backup of your site if any data is available before proceeding further.

I deleted the theme and reinstalled it, same problem, invalid license
