In response to my question earlier, I wanted to let you know how I fix the problem. Hopefully, this will help other people too. I crop my picture in the library that I wanted to use for the slider photos. Afterwards the pictures show even and smaller dimensions as they should look. Here’s on screen shop. Hello, under the WooCommerce status page I ‘m getting this message.
Your theme (BB Ecommerce Store Pro) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.
Example:
bb-ecommerce-store-pro/woocommerce/archive-product.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.0,
bb-ecommerce-store-pro/woocommerce/auth/footer.php,
bb-ecommerce-store-pro/woocommerce/auth/form-grant-access.php,Any help on how to update this? Thanks

The issue is given by you of outdated Woocommerce templates is not a big issue, It doesn’t change the looks of your theme. But We have updated the woocommerce on our theme, So you can update using our new version theme.

I uploaded successfully the free BB E-commerce as well as its PRO version. First, I followed the theme documentation and used the FREE version to build my site; I was able to follow until I get into the section to create NEW PRODUCTS and would like to follow the sample of the theme DEMO, I couldn’t continue. Finally, I realized that I need the PRO version to be able to imitate the theme DEMO. After purchasing the PRO VERSION today, activate the PRO VERSION, there are several PRO themes. I tried the PRO version, followed documentation the E-COMMERCE PRO did not work. I tried the next CHILD PRO version, don’t work as well. The last theme E-Commerce theme, don’t work too. I returned to the FREE VERSION of BB E-Commerce, my site for the sliding pictures are jumping up and down. Please provide me with solutions on how to fix these.

One more note, please review your documentation and provide more clarification on instructions. For instance:
Setup Product Section>Add Category>Add Product> Add New Page (What is the name of Page that I should name “Product” since you assigned New Products? I confuse)
Go appearance >> custamize >> Theme Setting >> Product (this part is more confusing – as my drop down box doesn’t contain the Product page- should I create the New Page and name it Product then assign the short code???)Thanks for your prompt attention and reply.
Hi I’m having an issue where the colors does not update for the buttons. Only the home page gets the update but no other pages.

I just went back to check for theme updates. My BB Ecommerce pro theme is currently up-to-date. With that Im still seeing the same messages regarding
bb-ecommerce-store-pro/woocommerce/archive-product.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.0,

As per your query, please go to our my account >> Download >> And download the updated version of theme >> After downloading please delete the old version theme and upload newly updated version >> In the new version, you will get updated woocommerce.

ThanksThanks for reply. I’ve downloaded and uploaded the latest version of bb-ecommerce store. There’s only one different left now, which Im guessing there’s nothing to do with this part.

The later issue is more problem. I spoke with woo-commerce about the my account page. Checked everything out with woo-commerce. Im was advised problem is a theme issue.
I hope this is the right place, because my customers haven’t been able to login into their account for 3 days now.

I found for the slider to work without pictures jumping around, all three pictures need to be the same size. This is what worked for my slider.
I took photo of product. I crop photo to 1345(w) x 518 (H). It took a minute to get all 3 pictures exactly the same but it worked for me.

Yes in slider you need the same size so they can look great and by the way your product and your theme is looking great.

This doesn’t matter much to me, but it might be important for another customer. The logo, site title, and tagline doesn’t show all three. I have the site title and tagline written, but only the site title show. If I upload my logo, it overwrites the site title and tagline. I didn’t find anything on this to get all three to show. Thus, I left my logo off, since I have a stamp on my products. Again, this may be a big deal for other owners.
I’m still in love with this theme though. Thanks for putting this together. Leila
