what are you guys doing. i have paid for the theme and i cannot download the theme. nobody is responding to my enquiries

Hello,
We hope you are well. The error you are getting while installing the theme i.e. “The link you followed has expired” is because of your server configurations. Please increase the max execution time and max upload limit and try to install the theme again. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.
